Layered smocked dress in navy blue cotton printed with bunches of currants in all-over. Made in a fine fabric and beautifully printed all over with the "current" pattern that was designed by our stylist Melanie, inspired by the jam her father used to make in the summer and which she enjoyed the rest of the year.

We love the shape and the many details that adorn this dress. The smocks, handmade by Indian craftsmen, on the top of the bodice are decorated with golden flowers, also hand-embroidered. They give a gathered effect to the lower part of the bodice and seem to add an extra layer to the dress. The same flowers can be found on the neckline. At the waist, the bodice supports the skirt composed of two gathered tiers.

The dress closes in the back with natural mother-of-pearl buttons and is fully lined in cotton voile.
